Why did Jesus´ penalty for "sin" need to include physical and emotional pain - why not just spiritual separation from God?

He had to suffer physical and emotional. I think it is a way of showing us that even if u suffer in this world physically and emotionally, ti does not matter. If your spirit is high in praise and you have a good spirit, then nothing will seperate you from God.

HE WEPT BECAUSE HE KNEW THE FUTURE OF JERUSALEM.THARTT WAS NOT GOOD.
