John 14v21 says "He who keeps My commandments loves Me; and he who loves Me shall be loved by My Father and I will love him. And show Myself to him. This means when you are obedient Jesus will love you as well as His Father. Obeying Him is a sign of love and by showing His love to you He will show Himself to you. How does Jesus link intimacy to him with obedience to him?" a "New" commandment?

If you had a one-on-one meal with Jesus, what would you discuss? I am not sure what to talk about with Him. I would ask him about His life and how can evil be stopped. I would ask him how he felt whilst sacrificing his life for us. Talk about a better future. I am not really sure if i would talk , i think i will be speechless. Just having him dining with me would mean a lot.

How does Jesus link intimacy to him with obedience to him?" a "New" commandment? God is love. If we love each other that means we obey His commandment to love. He showed us His love on the cross
