How does Jesus define members of his "spiritual family"? Does this include you?

He defines them as those who are doing th will of the Lord. Yes l am in included in that family.

Jesus became very popular. People came to see Him from all over for all kinds of reasons. Can you list some reasons why the crowds could be following Him?

Many people for the wrong reasons such as to only see miracles, signs, wonders, to be healed or because they thought Jesus was going to be a high profle King like King David who would free them from the oppressive rule of the Roman Empire. But there are those who truly believed He as the Son of God and followed HIm to learn His teachings so as to live according to His teachings. They want to know their plan for salvation and how to live according to God's will.
