Why was the Kingdom of God taken away from the chief priests and Pharisees?

They were sinful, wicked men who only ritualized God's word and did not learn to live as God intended man to live. The most important reason why it will be taken away is because they were the ones who killed the Son - Jesus. Jesus is not only the Son of God but also the son referred to in the parable. These Pharisees did not bring forth good fruit. Their character showed much discontent for God's word (truth). Also much envy, hatred, disception, etc. - all wicked things that God teaches as sinful behavior and behavior that will not lead to the kingdom of heaven

BECAUSE THIS PEOPLE LISENTED TO HIM AND STOP THEIR LIFE OF SIN AND FOLLOWED JESUS.

What made Jesus` teaching so attactive to tax collectors and prostitutes?

That no matter how bad they were in the eyes of God or man, if they asked forgiveness for all they had done and repented then they would actually enter the kingdom of heaven before all these self-righteous priests who because of their unbelief may not enter at all. They must have felt so good on the inside to hear that especially since many of them thought they would never see God's kingdom and thought they were unable to break the chains of sin.
