Al though Jesus loves man so much that he would have healed every single person across the world becuase that is just the kind of person he is - compassionate and loving. However Jesus probably didnt want those he healed to make him known because  Jesus didn’t want people following him for the wrong reasons. In other words he didnt want people only coming to him just to heal their mental and physical ailments without changing their heart. Whenever Jesus performed his work he wanted man to changes his sinful ways and live for God the father. He knew some people would only come to him superficially and not become followers of God's will and law.
