Does Jesus believe lowly people are valuable? How valuable?

The words say, Elder woman teach your children to cry. The blessed is the person who goes were there are people who cries than the people who are happy as they dont need any of the sympathy from any one. Lowly people are very i mean very valuable as they will appreciate what ever you say or do for them. They even appreciate your presents to them, even if you dont have anything on your hands. Thats is the reason Jesus believe that are valuable.
