How is it that "desiring to do God`s will" results in a person knowing that Jesus` teaching comes from God?

Because Jesus did God's will and if we seek to be able to imitate Jesus and we also desire to do God's will then we know that Jesus teaching comes from God's will. Also we know through faith and God's word that Jesus was doing God's will

Does Jesus believe lowly people are valuable? How valuable?

Jesus doesn't choose the lowly above the rich. What He simply implies is that if we help the poor physically and spiritually, we will be accepting Him

Don't really matter what degree you have to experience God's presence,only your'e heart and soul are the most fundumetal tools for Him
