Jesus exaggerates to makes the point that one should eliminate things that cause one to sin (disobey God). What things might you eliminate to be more spiritually healthy?

I must eliminate/substitute hatred with love, anger with joy, gossip with praise and i should buid and not destroy frendships, relationships, companion and love for if we love one another, we are promoting, glorifying and blessing God the source of love. Amen!!!

Jesus emphasizes the phrase "in my name" when refering to the miracle and giving a cup of water. What does it mean to do something in Jesus` name?

To do something in Jesus's name means to involve him, to draw his omnipontent powers and miracles into what you are doing, to bless what you are doing so it may become a success. Amen!!!

How does Jesus define greatness, and is caring for a little child an example of greatness?

Jesus defines greatness as being humble for God will lift us higher himself, just as a child who is innocent and naturally humble. God is very much closer and cares much about the children because they are the most fragile, delicate, innocent and don't know any bad, therefore have not sinned at all and for that reasons, they are great and will inherit/see the Kinddom of God. Amen!!!
