What made Peter so afraid to be identified with Jesus? Why are many people today still afraid to identify with Jesus? It was hard There was chaos Jesus was being beaten and did nothing about it If these guys had guts to do that to Jesus how much more him He feared for his life even today some fear because of persecutions In some intances people are afraid to be laughed at by those who embrace different religions Others because it makes them look old fashioned People have not come to realised the importance of Christ nor His role inn their lives hence the unnecessary fear They fear people instead of God
