Compassion is the feeling of someone else`s sorrow, lack, poverty or misery to the extent of wanting to help and make their existence/life better.

Lessons on segregation

It is amazing that the society existed in was strongly divided in classes ready to even kill as the case was in Jesus` killing. There was a strong division of the Jews and `others`. I think this was and still is sad since we still see it in the world today. However, the beauty is the lessons Jesus gave us with the way he embraced members of his society regardless of their social, racial or historical standing. God loves all and therefore even we all ought to love and appreciate one another and see God`s love in each one of us.
