What do people think about John the Baptist even before he is born? Note: Sometimes a big introduction is given for a person who then introduces someone even more important. Luke is announcing the announcer of Jesus.

They knew he was someone special, because the mother was old and so the birth must have been a miracle and she considered herself blessed for bearing such a child. when he was born a lot of things were happening around him. His father's tongue was loosened and he was filled with the Holy Spirit. He started prophesing. At this point i'm sure some of them were wondering what type of child this was and they were sure he was sent by God and that he was very special.

Jesus love

Jesus love was extended even beyond his death. He suffered torture because he knew that was the only way that he would save mankind.

He maintained a humble charater in order to exemplify to those who would belive in the ways of life in this heavenly journey.

He had a choice of even not deciding to die for us allb , his love for mankind dictated to him to continue to move on even when it was tough to stand on.

I think we need to take up that example of commitment especially if it will result in winning souls for heaven.
