Why do you think Jesus looked up to heaven and then sighed before the healing? He looked up to heaven to acknowledge his father and to also seek help and guidance from him so that he's will can be done even as he was doing the miracle. I think he sighed because he had received he's father's will and also he's power to perform the miracle.. I think it was also a sign of sympathy that he had for the man.
