To be loved by God is to have God attending all your daily needs for bread, clothinng ,life and spiritual well being.God loves all unconditionally though we have sinned and would have deserved  hell under ordinary circumstances,but instead he made a new covenant with us and gave His only begotten son that we may be saved from eternal destruction.Who would give his only son to save the people besides God almighty.Therefore God loves us unconditionally provided we repent and turn away from sin.
