What did you learn about Jesus` background that stands out or surprises you? I've learnt that Jesus was born in Israel 2000 years ago. He lived a jewish traditional life and worked as a carpenter. He began his public teachings and displayed a record of miracles when he was only thirteen years of age. Many people asked "who is Jesus Christ" because he claimed himself to be God, which was a violation of Jewish law.
