How does being forgiven increase ones love for God? Note: According to Jesus, God`s forgiveness is motivated by love. When mhumanity failed God,He drove them from the gadern where He had comfortably kept them.But He never stoped loving them as He provided them with clothing though they shifted their responsibility by laying blame on one another.This never stopped there as Humanity continued going their way though He became dissappointed He never stopped loving and forgiving them as in His great love He appointed His Son Jesue Christ not only to come and save mankind but to come and suffer and die on the cross for his sake.Thats why Jesus Himself calls on all people to repent and be saved.Despite our failures He still becons on us to come and settle our matters with Him.He calls us His sheep as He compares us to the sheperd who when he loses one shep he lives the rest of the sheep and go searching for the one that is missing and when he finds that one he jubiliates.This stories increases ones love for God because it draws us to our day to day live in our families at our job sites etc For example if a child puts disorder in the house and you are annoyed with that child immediately the child says I am soorry and admits his fault you will turn to love and trust that child than any other person.It is the same with God when one knows that He has forgiven his sins we become so happy and thus turn to love Him more for He fulfils His promise of favour.
