Divine forgiveness is sublime. There are sins that no human can pardon but God is willing and waiting to forgive and forget. Who will not love such a Father?

Forgiveness increases our love for God because we feel liberated from internal chains. It gives a great sensation of joy and peace that no word can tell.

It is the same with us humans when we bear a grudge it seems as if we are under a very heavy load and once there is confession and forgiveness there is liberation.

There is nothing as sweet and gentle as the feeling of being forgiven
