The God news is that God has sent His only begooten Son Jesus Christ as the Messiah to come and save us ,deliver us from the bondage of the law.However this does not mean that man has to do what ever thing he likes but has to be obedient to all what God has put down.So the divorce law has to be kept because of the love we have for God.

How does Jesus want to care for the people of Jerusalem (Israel), and how do they respond? Jesus always wants to gather the children of Jerusalem like a hen gathers her brook under her wings.The respond by killing the prophes and stoning those who are sent to them.

Suppose this lawyer, right after questioning Jesus, saw a man half dead in the road. What do you think this lawyer would do? I think after this if the Lawyer saw somone half dead he would take proper care of that man given that this lesson would still be fresh in his memory and given that Jesus gave the example of the Samaritan just when the lawyer was anxious about some life issues.
