The changes one experience as a result of being born again is spititual. (behold old things have passed away all things have become new). Your mind is renew, you change ur mind-set, your world view of Jesus is change, your become a new man/woman spiritually, which eventually become physical.

As a new man/woman, you receive peace like a river, you yorn for spiritual food, the word of God, which will transform you begin to be light about you, it gives you insight about things generally.

God begins to guide and guard your steps, He also ordered your ways and every darkness begins to give way to the light of God in your life and destiny and God's purposes begins to unfolds. 

This miracle of turning water to wine tell us about Jesus's Ministry which is to began.

Even though it has not started yet, but he did turn water into wine and those who knew wonder.
