418 entries for this category:It is painful that most christians today can not strongly deffend with evidence that Jesus christ is the true son of God and the expected messaiah.This is prominent among young converts in muslem dominated countries like mine were we wrestle with our moslem counterparts about Jesus christ and mohammed who is the messaiah.Fellow believers,go through the books of the prophets who wrote about the coming of the messaiah his signs, appearance and what is expected to be his mission,you will come to understand that truelly Jesus christ is the messaiah.This can be seen clearly in the book of Isaiah,all these prophets existed before christ biologically came into the world,and all that was written about the expected messaiah came to fulfilment in his life.Truely,Jesus is the Lord.

Describe the key points you learned in Luke`s biography? Some of the key points are,the prophecy/visitation of the angel to zachariah and the to mary leading to the birth of John,a significant figure in the fulfilment of the prophecy and that of Jesus christ the author and the finisher of the prophecy.How they started their different assignments towards the fulfilment of the prophecy.First with the baptism of Jesus christ by john the baptist and into Jesus full ministry on earth up to his betrayel,arrest,turture and death followed by his resurrection and subsequent appearances and accenssion bring to fulfilment what is written in the scripture.

Why do you suppose they were filled with fear then comforted by Jesus eating food? They were filled with fear because they knew that he has died and were comforted knowing that ghost dont eat food but he is eating showing he is alive and i believe at that moment they came to remember his promise to rise after the third day.
