How does Luke claim to distinguish his biography of Jesus from other recorded biographies from eyewitnesses (e.g. Matthew and John)? While he may not have been an actual eyewitness to the events, he indicates that his account has been factually verified by various methods. He also did a comprehensive and complete study of Jesus.

Since Luke was researching for a high government official, "Most Excellent Theophilis", how many eyewitnesses (and who) do you think Luke interviewed before writing his report? I THINK LUKE HAVING BEEN A PHYSICIAN HE WAS VERY WELL EDUCATED,ALSO LUKE WAS AN EYE WITNESS HIMSELF,HE WAS ALSO LED BY THE HOLY SPIRIT WHEN WRITING.SO HE DID NOT NEED TO REFER TO OTHER PEOPLE.
