Since it was necessary for Jesus to be crucified, why was it still wrong for Judas to betray Him?

It was indeed necessary for Jesus to be crucified, but the Bible says, woe to the one through whom His betrayal would come.

Judas was greedy, even though he was one of the deciple, and has the opportunity to hear Jesus preach the word of God and given the opportunity by Jesus to repent, he refuse and so his greed lead him to sin by taking money from the chief priests and promised to betray Jesus.

Why was it wrong for the servant to bury the talent?
It was wrong for the servant to bury the talent because God gave us the talent to use, and when we use it, it will yeald increase for God and we will become rich in God's Kingdom.  Burying it is like saying you never wanted it in the first place. Using it shows interest and opens room for getting better at it.

Since Jesus knew that He was to be crucified, why did He not just avoid trouble by leaving town?

He came to this world to redeem mankind, to bridged us back to God, he came knowing willingly to be crucified, he came to break his body and to poured his blood for the restoration of mankind.  So he could not leave town.

He came to fulfill the scriptures, he came to do the will of His Father who is in heaven.
