Why didn`t Jesus spend more time healing people?

Jesus purpose of coming to the world was to preach the good news and to save mankind from sin just as he elaborated in Luke vs. 18-19. As for the miracle it was just a demonstration of God's power to mankind and to proof that he was really sent by God. Concentrating more on miracles would have defeated his purpose of coming since people would have gone after the miracles without being saved. Saving souls through the gospel was paramount to him. Listening to the word and repent is spiritual healing and leads to eternal lifeis better than the physical healing without repentance. Healing would have taken much of his time instead of spreading the gospel to other lost souls which was his primary aim of coming to the world.

What did you learn about Jesus` background that stands out or surprises you?

i learn how to be humbly to my elders.but what i don,t understand and that surprises me is how a creator of the universe be subject to the people he created.infact i am excited but iam afraid because this tells me that GOD will soon come.
