Unfailing is God's matchless love, so kind, so pure, so true. We may not know, we cannot tell what pains His son Jesus Christ had to bear for us, so that we will have eternal life. God demonstrated His own love towards us, in that while we were yet sinners christ died for us.

Does Jesus believe lowly people are valuable? How valuable?

Yes Jesus did believe lowly people are valuable. In Matt 8:2-3, a leper came and worshipped him saying "Lord if thou wilt, thou canst make me clean". And Jesus put forth His hand and touched him. He did not send the poor man away but reached out to him. Jesus showed how valuable lowly people are also in Matt 9:2, He healed another man sick of palsy. Jesus never looked down on these people He was showing an example to His disciples to help the lowly. He told His disciples, "if any one wants to be first, he shall be last of all and a servant to all". I think through all these, He wanted them to know how valuable these people are to Him.

Jesus said if you love Him and keep his word,the Father will loved us and live in us.Again if God loved you,you will not perish but have eternal life.
