God was the sower, He creates the holy hunger for the search of God in the hearts of those souls that were ready for harvesting The reapers are the believers, Christians who are already in the Lord. What did you learn about Jesus` background that stands out or surprises you? That even with the Jews not valuing women at the time, He allowed women to be part of His followers. I believe up till date women constitute the largest part of any congregation cuz of what he did. He showed the women that they are free to worship Him with a minimum restrictions. Unlike their fellow women in Judaism who were used to restrictions these ones came to enjoy some freedom.
