Jesus sees and knows everything and there's nothing hidden from Him. He knew the betrayer but He kept it till the all the disciples saw him when the time was due.

If Jesus knew he was being betrayed "behold, the hand of him who betrays me", why not tell who was the betrayer? Nothing is hidden under the sun and Jesus knew that the betrayer would surely come to light after everything was carried out, therefore, he thought it fit to keep the name of the betrayer out so that his conscience would convict him.
