Jesus was instead concern about the life of each individual. As many as they received the word and changed, life would be better for everyone

No Jesus never judged anyone He rather asked people to do to others what they want others do unto them.He prefered that one does an inner accessment of himself before venturing out to access another.By this one can realy see the fraility of ones own being to appreciate the need to always allow God to take control of every situation.
