That's how much God hate sin(s) some scripture tells us more 1john 1:8. John8:34. Isaiah 59:2. Psalm 66:18 etc. But his promises of grace is enough for us, whoever that ready to "1john 1:9. Eph 2:4-5. Heb 8:12 etc. That's why Christ displayed his authority as son of God to forgive his sin first before the Healing.

The healing of the Paralytic was a chance Jesus needed to address the issue of our faith and the doubts of the scribes and the Pharisees regarding His authority as Son of God. He acknowledged the level of faith of the men who brought in the paralytic and exposed the ignorance of the scribes and the Pharisees.

Why did Jesus forgive the man`s sins first, and heal afterward? In this instant,I believe Jesus wanted us to know that it is necessary for one to be cleansed of sin before one can come into the state of grace to recieve healing.
