His word, His statutes became image living according to His purpose and will. Accepting Jesus instantly regenerate the sinful man and link him to God enjoying the purpose of life. Therefore loving Jesus keeping His word means to be loved by God.

Does Jesus believe lowly people are valuable? How valuable?

Jesus sees all knows all as He is the true image of the living God. Lowly people already feel condemned as they ordinarily think they have no choice living the bad life they have choosed. Jesus however made His intention and purpose of His mission on earth, declearing to all both the lowly and those highly placed in the society it became optional who need be valuable. The lowly haven known condemned seeing a man who has such a wonderful encouragement telling them only God has the power to condemn and if they will look inward and put aside such things that make them feel condemned they will indeed be valuable. Truly they believed and embraced Him wherefore became valuable as regard. Jesus knows, not only believing, lowly people are valuable
