Why is it significant that when Mary arrived with Jesus in her womb, the unborn John the Baptist leaped in the womb of his mother Elizabeth? This is significant because the holy spirit inspired Mary, bearing Jesus, then unborn to pass the message, in fulfillment.

Why is it significant that when Mary arrived with Jesus in her womb, the unborn John the Baptist leaped in the womb of his mother Elizabeth? It was already predicted that he would pave the way for the Lord, and therefore, that connection - holy spirit - between the two unborn babies manifested during the visitation of Mary to Elizabeth.
