Indeed He will be with us as we are in Him through obedience of His Word, loving Him, knowing Him and believing in Him. What is Jesus trying to teach with this parable? Hint: The vineyard (where grapes are grown) is Israel; The farmer is God; the servants are the prophets who were sent by God; the son is Jesus; and the tenants are religious leaders of the Jews. Jesus is trying to teach that Israelwho rejected the prophets, killed some and imprisoned others will also kill Jesus who is the son of God. At the end of the day, the gentiles will come first in the kingdom of God before Israel for accepting Christ and Israel will be last in the kingdom of God for its wickedness and unbelief.
