6154 entries for this category: Ofcourse. Jesus believed that lowly people are valuable.Lowliness is synonymous to humility and oppose to pride, not the affliction or predicament. The Bible says that God resists the proud and loves the humble. The epitome of God is love and this is the fundamental reason for sending Jesus to the world to save those, who in their humility will be petinent enough to realize their wrong doing and repent of it to be saved. Those who criticized Jesus for mingling with the lowly were blinded and ignorant in their pride thus misunderstanding the reason behind the coming of Jesus into the world through God's love. Accepting Christ is accepting God who is LOVE. Only then can salvation take place and this highly valuable for Christ's coming and life in eternity. Does Jesus believe lowly people are valuable? How valuable?

The common people are praising Jesus, expecting him to become Israel`s next king. Jesus knew they would turn against him a few days later when he disappointed their expectation. Do you have expections of Jesus which he did not promise? No I don't have any expectation which He has not fulfilled. He has even done for me more than my expectations. Even sometimes when I am not worthy of His mercy He still shows mercy to me and still continues to answer my prayers and meet my needs.

The common people are praising Jesus, expecting him to become Israel`s next king. Jesus knew they would turn against him a few days later when he disappointed their expectation. Do you have expections of Jesus which he did not promise? No I don't. I have a master who never lets me down. Even though sometimes the answer delays he does answer in his own time because he knows when I can handle what I requested.
