Why do you think Jesus looked up to heaven and then sighed before the healing? Jesus looked up to Heaven to let the eople know that all glory belonged to God in Heaven.That His powers were from heaven.

Healing and multiplying food did not convice the religious leaders. What sign would have convinced you of Jesus as God? All the healings and miracles that Jesus did,the casting out of demons,His demostration of knowledge and understanding of the World and Word. All these and more are enough to convice anyone with a pure heart and genuine search for knowledge that Jesus was genuine.
