If you were Mark, writing a short report to demonstrate to a Roman audience that Jesus (a Jewish man) was the Son of God, what would you include in that report?

The Romans would not be interested or inclined to believe that a Jewish man was Son of God.The best approach will therefore downplay His Jewishness .His parables were taliored towards the lifestyle of the Jews, so these would not be of interest to the Romans. Rather Mark had to enlighten them on Jesus`s actions, exhibtion/demonstration of power, His numerous miracles.his activities or comments with regards to the gentiles and the hopes for salvation of the gentiles, since the Jews had rejected Him.It would be neccesary to highlight Jesus`s control of people, demons, weather and so on.His knowledge of the Word would be of importance.

Good news of God means the Redemption that was promised.The salvation from the viles of the devil.the promises of God made to Adam, that, God`s own Son will come down and make the ultimate sacrifice so that man can be set free from the curse on Adam:Death exchanged for eternal life.The keys of heaven and hell collected from satan by Jesus, so that man will no longer die on account of sin.

If John`s baptism was for repentance, then why do you think Jesus was baptized?

Jesus went to John to be baptised so that to show the Jews that what he ''John'' was doing are with the will of God. And behold, we all knows what happened after the baptism.
