"Was Jesus trying to incite his death (eg. temple cleansing, accusation of leaders?)

Jesus Christ was not trying to incite people about His death.

He is aware of His death according to the prophecies which must be fulfilled.

He could have done everything within His power to avert the death but the prophecies have to be fulfilled. The temple cleansing and accusation of leaders then was an act to change people to Godly matter which Jesus Christ was trying to do then.
