Why does Jesus call "Love One Another" a "New" commandment?

I think Jesus Christ knows that love is the best and greatest force in life that can ensure harmony, peace and expel fear in the world. This is because love does not delighted in evil but in good deeds. ICorinthians 13 expantiate the uniqueness of the power of love. Hence, we need real and true love our world.

Why does Jesus tell the growing crowd that one must be willing to renounce everything, including one`s own life, to be Jesus` follower?

It shows the degree of importance at obeying every conditions required, in order to be a disciple.

Why does Jesus call "Love One Another" a "New" commandment?

Is a new commandement because it is the Law.

Jesus Christ taught us to love God and keep His Commandement. He also told us to love our neighbour as ourself because this is the Law.

Love is the first thing in life because if we say we love God that we did not see, how can we not show by examples that we love ourselves and God demonstrated this by given us Jesus Christ to died instead of us.
