Why does Jesus consider this woman`s desire to please Jesus more important than giving to the poor?

It was because the poor will always remain with us for we all to please but Christ will soon depart to prepare a place for them all who will come to him.

What did Jesus imply by saying, "This is my blood of the new coveneant, which is poured out for many."? Consider that the Passover was a Jewish festival that remembered when a plague of death "passed over" the home of those Jewish people who marked their doors with blood from a lamb. Jews remembered this day with a feast of unleavened bread.

He is implying that by his blood which is the new and everlasting convenant,man shall be redeemed and be saved from sin.
