Why do you think Jesus brought the man outside the village before performing the miracle? in many occassion, we have witnessed Jesus performing healing miracle by mere pronouncing a word. or given command. In this occassion Jesus wants to prove that He is the creator. He re-created the the eye at that particular time that is why He brought him out in order to get the clay as recorded in another version of the other book of the Apostles on the record of Jesus on earth. To prove that He can use any method to meet the needs of human beings.
