If the world hates those who testify that its works are evil, why didn`t Jesus deemphasize this portion of His message?

How is it that "desiring to do God`s will" results in a person knowing that Jesus` teaching comes from God? One can not do God's will without knowing the word of God, because His word is His will.By the time one starts going deep to the word of God, then understanding of whom Jesus is comes, then the knowledge of the fact that Jesus hears directly from the Father before He speaks, comes too.

How is the Holy Spirit like rivers of living water? Holy spirit is like rivers of living water because He quenches thirst, and satisfies every need. He is the spirit that comforts and increases greatness. He also gives understanding and wisdom to all that seek it.
