Because He came in the likeness or form of man and all have sin and come short of the Glory of God. The sin of man which He has On him makes Him unclean and a sinner, because physically He was suffering with the various humillation from the soldiers and others, And spiritually He was suffering with the SINS of the whole world.

Would you arrest someone that who you just saw heal a man`s ear- when the ear was cut off and healed right before your eyes? No, I can't. After saving somebody, one suppose to be even afraid of that person talk more of arresting him. It wont work.
