Why did Judas betray Jesus with a kiss? well... i think betraying JESUS with a kiss was the only tactise on his mind that will not generate much violence. cos i am sure if he had pointed or use other means of betrayal, he will be dead before he is true.

Why did not the Father let the cup pass and spare Jesus the pain of the crucifiction? the father is all powerful and can let the cup pass over his son JESUS. but it is for this porpose that he sent him, to die that all will be save if they acknoledge him..
