Jesus came to the world through Mary and Joseph, he grew up in the farming area of  Nazareth, which was similar to many farming villages that patterned life after traditions, roles and rituals passed down from many generations beforehand. It surprises me how this same Jesus could have the wisdom, knowledge and freedom of sitting with Teachers, listening to them and asking them questions, which every one that heard him was amazed at his understanding and his answers.

It also surprises me how Jesus with this type of background  is the Messiah of the whole world, which God promised, and the Jews were seeking for even while Jesus was in their mist.
