Yes Joseph has decided to keep her as his wife despite her condition but she might still be feeling that anything can happen. Yet she will have this joy within her for the special baby she is carrying Define "Salvation" ? Note how Zachariah (the father of John the Baptist) praises God for fulfilling an old promise (oath/covenant) that "we...should serve him (God) without fear, In holiness and righteousness before him all the days of our life." Salvation means deliverance from sin and its consequences through the blood of Jesus Christ. It entails beleiving Jesus is our saviour, repenting of our sins and being baptised with water and holy spirit
