How is gazing with lust like adultery?

The first law says "one should not commit adultry" if any is doing caught, they is person is stoned to death.  But our Lord Jesus Christ made it clear that when a man or a woman looks at another lustfully, that person has already committed the very act.

Out of the aboundance of the heart the mouth speaks, when one gazes with lust, is assumed that it is done already because our God is a holy and righteous God, He sees the heart, He knows what is on the inside of us.

Before ever you do anything, you will consider it within yourself.  Gazing lustfully, one imagines the other person as he/she is, considering and visualising the person's nakedness. If giving an opportunity will commit the act.

We should guide our eyes and hearts so as to stay clean and holy before our God.

Why does Jesus speak so strongly against anger?

Anger is a weapon that destroys a man and can make a man act foolishly, no wonder the Bible says that anger lies in the bosoom of fools, Once there is a seed of anger in a man's heart that man can kill or do unspeakable things and commit all manners of sin.
