Our very lives belong to God,and that is what Christ was telling the people to do----to surrender their lives to God.

What is Jesus trying to teach with this parable? Hint: The vineyard (where grapes are grown) is Israel; The farmer is God; the servants are the prophets who were sent by God; the son is Jesus; and the tenants are religious leaders of the Jews.

Jesus was simply reminding the Israelise that what they are looking for (MESAIAH) is within them but He was rejected as they did to those before Him.
