To be more spiritually healthy we need to watch what we read,see and do.We need to think good thoughts and do good deeds.We need to aviod situations and things that would leads us to sin.We need to watch our words,thoughts and actions.We need to be careful in every aspect of our life and daily living.

What qualities of a child increases one`s ability to receive spiritually? How might you increase some of these qualities?

A child is innocent,caring,loving,trusting and relies whole heartedly on his benefactor.A child obeys and accepts instructions,and advice from the parents and elders.As adults we can increase child like qualites by being humble,obedient and trusting.We should accept Jesus as Son of God.we should follow the commandments as given by Jesus.
