What things can we (the branches) do to help us remain in Jesus (the vine).

The things we can do to remain in Jesus is to listen to His teachings like obey the commandments, love one another, pray unceasingly. We just have to follow His teachings.

In what ways has the Holy Spirit given you insights about Jesus and the truth?

I guess in each person's life, the Holy Spirit presents herself differently. In my life, I felt a presence which called me forward to Jesus, not once but multiple times. The presence was like a magnet pulling at you, other times, it is like electrical shocks all over your body, still at other times, a great sound is in your ear. I do believe that all this is the Holy Spirit. These presence takes place after my prayers to Jesus.

Why did Jesus allow Judas to betray Him, when He clearly knew Judas` evil intention?

I do believe Jesus allowed Judas to betray Him because He knew already that He came to die for all our sins.
