Why didn`t Jesus condemn the woman caught in adultery?

I think that Jesus gave the woman a second chance. She saw how close she came to be stoned to death, yet she was forgiven by such a great Person as Jesus. I am sure she repented of her sins, never repeated them and followed Jesus.

Why didn`t Nicodemus accept the opinion of the rulers and Pharisees about Jesus?

Nicodemus didn't accept their opinion because he saw personally what Jesus did and was so impressed & fascinated by His preaching & miracles. He did not see any evil in Jesus, only good.

How is it that "desiring to do God`s will" results in a person knowing that Jesus` teaching comes from God?

All that Jesus did was good, His works & teachings were amazing. His miracles, healing of the sick and feeding the thousands of people was exceptional. It is easy to recognize that Jesus' teachings comes from God especially when one desires to do God's will.
