Why did Jesus tell the rich man to sell all his possessions before coming to follow Him? The young apparently thought that he did everything he could have possibly done, to enter into the kingdom of heaven.
So Jesus told him that to be perfect, he must sell all his possessions, give to the poor and follow him.
If he had done this, I guess he would have proven that the kingdom of Heaven is worth more than all the riches in the world.

Why didn`t the disciples want little children to come to Jesus? Why did Jesus allow the little children to come? The deciples did not want the children to come to Jesus because they thought that Jesus was tired and that the children would only be a disturbance.
Jesus allowed the little children to come so He could explain to everyone how we must be to enter the Kingdom of Heaven, like little children.
