What are some of the ways God`s work was displayed in the blind man?

Faith and believing in Jesus, the Son of God.

Jesus came to do and fulfill the word of God which he did by making the blind to see and lame to walk.

Why did Jesus insist on healing on the Sabbath when the Pharisees taught this was sin?

Jesus insist on healing on the Sabbath because it is the will of God. To do good it is not necessary that it should be a particular day. Jesus was the Son of God and could do anything good on any day or time to fulfill the will of God.

Why did Jesus cause those who see to become blind?

Jesus caused those who could see to become blind so that they would not sin. Jesus came into this world for judgement, that those who don't see may see and those who see may become blind. The Pharisees did not believe in Jesus and so Jesus said this to make them aware.
