He had authority over all sickness and disease as well as power over all demons. However, Mark frequently states that Jesus told people not to tell anyone about his miracles. The Good News of God to me means the promise and hope of being saved for any who believe and follow Jesus. The Jesus I know Jesus, being the son of God was a great teacher and was crucified for his teachings, but and rose back to life three days after his death. Through Him I can experience God's love and plan for my life.
